Rhythms Dance
Can animals dance? Do they have a sense of rhythm?
I have seen TV documentaries about bees doing a “dance”. However, they do not seem to dance to any kind of music or follow any certain rhythm. Can any animals dance like we humans do? Of course, not to music but perhaps to some rhythms they may hear from natural events?
Not sure if this answers the question. but Grebes (a family of Birds) have a courtship routine, which involves a particular “dance” sort of thing in a lake, where one of the pair makes movements almost like a dance, and the other completely mimics it’s movement (practically perfectly) and this is in sync, almost like a dance.
