Some of the terminology used in the reports can be mysterious

Hits - Number of pages, image and other items viewed on your site.

Unique Visitors - Number of different people/computers who visited your site

Bandwidth - Size of all the images and characters (text) measured in bytes. 1 character = 1 byte, a logo or picture consists of many thousand characters.
