Prices start from £95 for a
single page site. The package includes a .co.uk domain
name, hosting your site for a year and an email address. Everything you need to get going.
As a rule of thumb additional pages cost from £50 to £100
depending on the content of those pages. When we design a site we
consider the "Real world". Glitzy graphics are best left to fashion /
music sites (look at www.gemmageorge.com
- one of ours). Business sites should be quick, clean and deliver the
requirements of the visitor (usually a customer of that business). We will build your site
so that it is Search Engine friendly. This is important. If your site
is not designed correctly Search Engines will ignore it. The site will
miss out on free traffic. On this page, "Website design and
development" is at the top of the page in bold and large text. Search
Engines treat large bold text at the top of the page as important. The
above graphic "Websites from £95", looks better but is
meaningless to a Search Engine. Hence the text at the top of the page.
It was a minor detail when we built this page but important to the
Search Engines.
